My name is James, I am the Warwick Community Services Manager with Avon Support. I have worked in the Healthcare sector for over 12 years, predominantly supporting individuals with Learning difficulties and individuals that suffer with ill mental health. Over the past 5 years, I have used my gained experience and knowledge, to manage and run a variety of different care settings. I thoroughly enjoy working with others, supporting individuals and creating a proactive, fun & inclusive environment for service users and support teams.
Sarah joined Avon Support in December 2023 as one of our first support workers in our newly open day service in Warwick, more recently Sarah has taken on the role of Team Leader working alongside James and Olu in ensuring that the team are supported and that we have plans in place for all the activities and events
Olu joined Avon Support on a part time basis, and then liked it so much that she became full time!, more recently Olu took on the role of Team Leader and alongside Sarah she is a support for James, and also works alongside the team in providing support and assistance and also is a key part of the planning for the service
Penny is goal-driven, highly accomplished professional with 15+ years’ experience directing quality compliance, regulatory adherence and business development for SMEs and PLC organisations.
She consistently demonstrates expertise in strategically planning and executing operational initiatives to facilitate changes and crisis management while optimising business development. She has reputable track record collaborating with departmental leadership and liaising with senior executive stakeholders to ensure adherence with CQC and local authority legislation while ensuring comprehensive risk management throughout.
