My name is Elizabeth and I have joined Avon support as the registered manager over day opportunities and supported living across Stratford upon Avon. I have worked in health & social care for over 10 years and have extensive experience supporting services to improve the quality and compliance. I have predominantly worked with adults with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health, and complex needs in both residential and supported living settings. I am passionate about ensuring the support that we provide is person centred and engages the individual to peruse interests that are meaningful to them.
I have 13yrs experience supporting those with a Learning Disability. Starting in 2010, I spent 9 years working in supported living services before joining the Day Opportunities team at Avon Support. I am passionate about ensuring individuals who use the service are treated with dignity and respect, and are supported to have access to a wide range of activities.
