My name is James, I am the Warwick Community Services Manager with Avon Support. I have worked in the Healthcare sector for over 12 years, predominantly supporting individuals with Learning difficulties and individuals that suffer with ill mental health. Sarah joined Avon Support in December 2023 as one of our first support workers in our newly open day service in Warwick, more recently Sarah has taken on the role of Team Leader working alongside James and Olu in ensuring that the team are supported and that we have plans in place for all the activities and events

She consistently demonstrates expertise in strategically planning and executing operational initiatives to facilitate changes and crisis management while optimising business development.
